Turnaround Times for Custom Sign Orders | Standard Service ETA: 6 business days
(most of the time it is less than 6 business days - not including shipping time) updated 3/11/2024
    • All online orders that do not require a proof will be done sooner than orders that require design services. 
    • If you require design services, your time will start upon approval.
    • Only custom stickers are the exception which take on average 2-3 business days* (unless an emailed proof is required) & *(does not including shipping time).
    • Stock Sign Products & are readily available for pickup or delivery.
    • There is no guaranteed completion date for standard service. If you have a deadline you may need purchase rush service.

Rush Service 1-2 business days (UPON APPROVAL + DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME)

    • Adds $50.00 or 25% to order total, whichever is greater. 
    • Example 1: You order $1,000.00 worth of sign products but only really need 1 listing sign and 2 open house signs rushed. Your rush total will likely only be $50.00
    • Example 2: You order 25 qty (X) items at a total cost of $1,000.00 and require all items to be completed (rushed) in 1-2 business days. Your total rush service fee will be $250.00.
    • If you require graphic design service your time will begin upon order approval. If you have a rush order an haven't heard from us within 12 hours, please contact us directly at 503-244-2403. Your satisfaction is our priority. 
    • To save on cost, you can rush any part of your order and the balance can be completed on standard service.
    • Certain orders may not be available for this service.

    Delivery/Will Call Pickup

      • If you order is a stock item and you choose delivery or *will call pickup, your order will be processed and ready within 1-2 business days. *Will-call pickup means you want to pick up at our office location. Buz White Screenprint 1910 SW Stephenson St. Portland Oregon 97219
      • Delivery - USPS, UPS or Courier will be chosen depending on order size and address location. You will receive a confirmation email or call when your order is shipped.
      • Sign placement company Please let us know if you would like us to coordinate pickup/delivery to your sign placement company.
      • Orders over $500.00 qualify for free delivery to the Portland Metro Area only.  This includes Wilsonville & Vancouver. Excludes large format signs.

    Artwork/Graphic Design Services/Printing

      • If you require design service and or an emailed proof, your order may be delayed up to 48 hours. Please call us if you have not received an emailed proof within the 48 hour time frame.
      • All client catalog items are considered "print ready and do not require approval. You can still choose "email proof" if you want to see the final design before printing. The information you provide will be used to customize the sign templates shown. Requesting a proof for "print ready" products may delay your order up to 48 hours and may be include a design fee.
      • We can help you with things such as logo design, logo clean up, print ready files, color profiling and other general graphic design services. 
      • Graphic design service rate is $100.00/hour. We are very good at what we do and usually charge between $10.00 (5-10 minutes) and $50.00 (30 minutes) depending on scope of work. If your project requires extensive design work we will give you an estimated total graphic design cost before work begins.
      • Most of our client artwork files from previous orders will be printed using a saved color profile if you have used our services before. If you are providing new artwork, your files will be printed using the color profile you provided. You may experience a difference is color compared to other companies. The only way we can guarantee a satisfied print is if you ask for a color sample print or you have Pantone colors we can reference and compare with the outputted prints. If you request a printed sample, charges may apply for color profiling or unsatisfied print outputs (wasted material).

    Order Confirmation

      • You will receive an order confirmation with detailed information about when you can expect your order to be completed and or delivered.
      • Unless your order is on RUSH SERVICE please allow up to 48 hours before inquiring about your order status.
      • If you place an order over the phone or via email you order can take up to 48 hours to process or receive a confirmation email.
      • We will use our best judgement to see if your order requires a confirmation email or proof sent for approval.

      Sign Installation  

        • We do not do residential sign installations. 
        • We have a list of sign installation companies that do. Here is a link to sign installers
        • However, we may do some commercial business installations upon request.
