Agent
Namestrips and Nameboards are another product we produce
for our customers. They are used to let the public know
who to contact about your listing. The first thing to
consider is if you want to a vinyl to stick on your sign
or a board to hang below your company sign. It’s
important to check with your office to find out if they
have any restrictions, or if they have a particular product
they want you to use. If you are going to use a vinyl
Namestrip we suggest you locate a company sign to determine
how much room you have for your Namestrip label. There
are two basic formats for the Namestrips and Nameboards.
When you are done filling out your form you have two options
for sending it to us. If you want to pay by credit card,
fill out the Credit Card Authorization form and fax it
back to us along with your order form. If you prefer to
pay by check, mail the order form to us along with your
check.
“Quick
Strips” are designed for agents who have a immediate
need for Namestrips. We can normally have them in two
business days for you. Below is a description of each
format. Feel free to contact our office if you would

Two-Line
Format

| This
“Two-Line” format come in these
different sizes: 3”x12” , 3”x15”,
3”x18”, 4”x15”, 4”x18”.
The main difference between a 3” and
a 4” is the height of the letters. The
taller the strip, the taller the lettering.
If you have a long name it’s a good
rule of thumb to order a wider strip, like
a 18” instead of a 15”. |
| One-Line
Format |

| This
“One-Line” format comes in these
sizes:1 1/2”x24”. 2 1/4”x24,
3”x24 and an 4”x24”. The
taller the strip the taller the letters. One
thing to keep in mind, when Ithe letters get
taller but the width stays the same, as these
strips do, the lettering gets taller and thinner
and sometimes are harder to read from a distance.

Nameboards |
| The
Agent Nameboards come in two different materials,
Corrugated Plastic or MDO Plywood. There are
two different format types, with the most
common being the “Two-Line” format.
The standard type is all capital letters unless
we are told otherwise. A layout is created
and can either be faxed or emailed to you.
